　　Rajesh Jha is an Assistant Professor of Animal Nutrition in the Department of Human Nutrition, Food and Animal Sciences, University of Hawaii at Manoa. He obtained his MSc from Wageninegn University, the Netherland with minor thesis research works conducted at Riddet Center of Massey University, New Zealand. He obtained his PhD from University of Saskatchewan, Canada in 2010 and worked as Research Associate of Swine Nutrition for around 3 years at the University of Alberta, Canada before joining current position. Research works of Dr Jha’s lab is focused on evaluating feedstuffs for their nutritional value and functional properties in animals, using both in vivo and in vitro models. He is currently serving as Vice- Chair of USDA’s Multistate Committee on Swine Nutrition. He has published over 90 papers in different forms including over 30 in peer-reviewed journals (mostly in top 5 journals in the field of his work).
